My name is Tina I am based in Gloucester and I have always been around dogs and other animals my whole life. I have always dreamed of doing this job, as I love to give all animals the love, affection and attention they all deserve
I both have a Diploma in Animal Psychology, Professional Dog Walking and Pet Home Sitting, am fully insured and DBS checked, I also am qualified in K9 First Aid so you can rest assure your pets will be safe and well looked after and your keys will be in safe hands. With T & O Pet Service, you will find everything you need - From Training your puppies to making sure your pets get plenty of fresh air and exercise in order to develop their physical fitness and social skills whilst you are working or away on your holidays. I am a Dog Walker, Pet Sitter, a Puppy Trainer or Dog Trainer you can fully trust and rely on.
SERVICES AND FEES
I have a Level 4 Diploma in Professional Dog walking. I am a dog walker in Gloucester with many years of experience with my own 5 dogs, you can rest assured that your pet will receive the attentiveness they need. This is one of my most popular services, so make sure to reserve time today!
Group walk 1 hour - £12.00 per dog.
Group walk 1/2 hour - £7.00 per dog.
Solo walk 1 hour - £15.00 per dog.
Solo walk 1/2 hour - £8.00 per dog.
Any additional dogs from the same household will be charged at £8.00 extra for 1 hour walk or £5.00 extra for 1/2 hour walk.
All pets will have fresh water and their paws cleaned after their walks.

Daytime visits include walk (if required), water, feed and fuss. 30 minute duration.
Single visit £10.00
Two visits per day £15.00
Additional Pets are charged at £2 per pet.
Terms and Conditions
T & O Pet Service will arrange an initial meeting first so we can provide our information, answer any questions the client(s) may have, the client to provide their information by filling in our registration form and meeting their pet(s).
T & O Pet Service requires 48 hours notice after completion of registration form and for registered clients who do not have regular bookings with us.
T & O Pet Service requires 24 hours cancellation notice.
Under 24 hours cancellation notice will occur a full charge of the service required by the client.
If T & O Pet Service cannot gain access to the property or the pet(s) is not available and we have not been informed, in the cancellation time frame, this will also occur a full charge of service.
T & O Pet Service accept cash and bank transfer only.
We require payment a minimum of 24 hours before service commence for bank transfer (ask for bank details) and cash payments can be made on the day of service.
Clients are invoiced through email free of charge on an arranged weekly or monthly basis. If a paper invoice is required, this will occur a charge of £2.50.
In an unfortunate event a client misses a payment the amount will be forwarded to the next invoice. We do however reserve the right to impose interest on outstanding balances.
Termination of Agreement
T & O Pet Service will give one weeks written notice to terminate any services.
Clients also needs to give one weeks written notice to terminate their services from T & O Pet Service. If our services are not required for that week the client will be charged 50% of the service, we would have provided.
Health Care and Dog Behaviour
T & O Pet Service expects clients to abide to the legal requirements under The Control of Dogs Order 1992 of wearing an identity tag collar in public, we also expect clients to maintain regular vaccinations, flea and tick treatments and de-wormer. On registration, be advised of any medical condition(s) or behaviour problems their pet(s) have including allergies, aggression, control, anxiety etc which may compromise the service we would like to provide.
We will follow the instructions provided and directed by the client to administer medication, but T & O Pet Service cannot be held responsible for any complications that arise as a result.
T & O Pet Service cannot be held responsible for Kennel Cough or any other contagious diseases, if a dog has any of these or we see signs of this we will not walk your dog until the disease has been fully treated and cleared.
Failing to inform us of any behaviour or health problems will be a breach of our agreement and may resort in our services being terminated.
If in the unfortunate event something should happen to your pet T & O Pet Service will do everything possible to contact you, or your emergency contact you provided in your registration form. We will treat them the best we can and take them to your veterinary practice you provided when you registered in a timely manner.
If we are unable to contact you or your emergency contact, by agreeing with these terms and conditions you agree to T & O Pet Service to make a medical decision on your behalf which is in your pet(s) best interest and you agree T & O Pet Service are not held accountable for vet fees or third party claims whilst in our care.
Security and Authorized Access to Property
T & O Pet Service will do our upmost to ensure your property is all locked up and your keys kept safe.
Whilst Clients are away T & O Pet Service require a list of people including service people, gardeners, cleaners, family and friends whom have permission to enter the property and for those people to be notified we also have your permission.
We cannot accept liability for people in your home and cannot accept any liability or responsibility for any clients’ pet(s) that escape, become lost, injured, fatal or otherwise when instructed to leave pet(s) in a fenced/caged area. This includes metal, wood, electronic or any other type of fence or caged area, or in premises that contains an unlocked cat/dog flap.
T & O Pet Service will clean up after your pets to the best of our abilities. We ask for you to provide and show us with the relevant cleaning equipment and cleaning products including plastic bags, bin bags and cleaning clothes/sponges and towels.
We cannot be held responsible for stains to any carpets, rugs or flooring caused by your pet(s).
T & O Pet Service will dispose of your pet(s) waste in the waste bin you instructed.
When on our walks we will provide our own bags and dispose your pet(s) waste in the bins provided in the area.
For caged or home-based pet(s) and cat litter trays we ask for you to provide bags, scooper, cleaning products and their sawdust, hay, cat litter or whatever the pet needs to be cleaned out efficiently.
T & O Pet Service requires you to fill in a household details form with details of shut off points for gas, electric and water. If in the unfortunate event an emergency arises, we will contact your emergency contact to arrange any remedial work and T & O Pet Service will not be held accountable for any charges that occur. We also ask for you to provide an emergency contact for your pet to stay with if your home becomes unsafe whilst you are away as T & O Pet Service is not insured or licensed to board your pet(s).
Changes to Return Date
In the event you are delayed home you must inform T & O Pet Service immediately so we can make alternative arrangements for continued cover, this may occur a charge.
In the event you return home early you will still be charged for the full service, we do not offer refunds or reimbursements for an early return home.
T & O Pet Service have Public Liability Insurance which covers us for the service we provide so you can be assured your pet(s) and home is in safe hands.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have the relevant insurance for their property, contents and pet(s).
Under the Data Protection act 2018 your personal details will be kept confidential, safe, secure and up to date and you can request a copy anytime you like.
